Description: History is much more memorable when it’s hands-on! 

This class covers the time before just before the fall of Rome until about 1400 AD. We’ll use Take Time for Art’s videos and project kits to learn about major events of the time period. Along with this broad overview of the time period, students will make “real art based on real art.”

Projects include:
1) Color wheel
2) Byzantine mosaic
3) Anglo-Saxon Fibula/broach
4) Catapult
5) Illuminated manuscript
6) Medieval shield
7) Stained-glass window

Cancellation/refund policy: Payment is due at time of registration. 

     Cancel before 7/15: 100% refund.
     Cancel between 7/15 and 8/1: 75% refund
     Cancel between 8/1 and 9/1: 50% refund
      No refunds if cancelling on 9/1 or later.
