A math literacy class designed to help your young elementary student enjoy math as it relates to their world!

Dates/Time: Tuesdays 10-10:50am | Sept. 6- Dec. 6 (Excl 9/27 and 11/22)
Because of the age of students, parent or designated guardian must stay on-site (in community room, yard, or parking lot) while their child is in class.
Grade Level: 1st and 2nd grade (recommended); K students who can count to 50 and write their numbers and 3rd graders needing basic math concept reinforcement are welcome.

Description: Hands-on games, activities, and worksheets will help to enrich the students’ understanding of math concepts and keep math fun and relevant. Banish the “I hate math!” like a Ninja!
This is not a primary mathematics curriculum, but meant to be a supplement to the students’ home learning.
Topics covered: Number awareness, estimation, glyph graphs, fact families, fractions, place value, money, measurement, polygons, time, and patterns

Cancel before 7/15: 100% refund.
Cancel between 7/15 and 8/1: 75% refund
Cancel between 8/1 and 9/1: 50% refund
No refunds if cancelling on 9/1 or later.
